Botox ® injections are a long-term treatment for areas prone to excessive sweating, including the underarms, palms and groin region. Injections work by blocking nerve signals to sweat glands, preventing sweat production. During treatment, the area (or areas) is cleaned, numbing cream applied and injections administered. From one treatment, you can expect 10-months-to-a-year of sweat protection.
